In-Warranty Repair
An Epson Authorized Servicer is available to assist you with repairs. Repair service is easy—carry your Epson product, along with proof of the date of original purchase to the nearest servicer in your area. Epson's nationwide base of Authorized Servicers are conveniently located to assist you with your repair needs. Your System Device product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. While under warranty, all replacement parts and labor are provided without charge. 

Out-Of-Warranty Repair
An Epson Authorized Servicer can provide you with diagnostic service and assistance. Our Authorized Servicers can provide you with options to minimize expenses and provide you with the high quality service you've come to expect from Epson.

To help prolong the overall life of the head in your Epson thermal printer, please use only Epson tested media which can be found below. Damage from use of other media is not covered under warranty.
