This national program offers priority response service at a customer's location providing quick resolution to all technical problems. When assistance is needed Epson dispatches a trained technician and, if needed, the non-working unit is replaced on-site. Coverage is available 7 days per week with a 4-hour response time in most locations. |

Fast Turn Depot®
Epson's industry-leading whole unit repair and return process is designed for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty Epson POS products. All components are tested upon receipt and necessary service and repair is performed by Epson's depot repair group. To ensure the least disruption of service, products are typically returned in just 2-3 days. |

This program offers economically-priced extended warranties, providing products with multi-year limited warranty coverage. Covered repairs are performed free of charge, including parts and labor. Coverage is available for all current Epson POS products. |

Virtual On-Site®
By placing an Epson-owned spare unit at each customer location, this program provides a fast recovery time, but at less cost than a service call. If a unit fails, the customer replaces it immediately with the on-site spare. Epson then replaces the spare unit overnight. Coverage is available for larger accounts. |
