To enroll in the Epson POS Inkjet Cartridge Recycling Program, just complete the form below and fax it back to Epson at (562) 997-5763. This program is available for the Epson's TM-J7000, TM-J7100, TM-J9000, and TM-J9100 inkjet printers.

Registration is required for participation in program. Offer valid only in the 50 United States, for end-users, and void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Offer not valid with other Epson offers unless otherwise specified by those offers. Epson reserves the right to reject enrollment due to incomplete paperwork or ineligible product.
The warranty upgrade only applies to printers still in warranty. Upgrade is for the remainder of warranty period.
Only genuine Epson ink cartridges will be accepted in return. Epson is not responsible for used cartridges lost or delayed in shipment. If the desired type of free ink cartridge isn't indicated clearly on the return shipment, Epson will select the type in its discretion. Allow 3-6 weeks for receipt of free cartridges.
Epson may cancel or modify the program at any time, but will in any event honor any upgraded warranties.
