The Epson Envision Program for Strategic VARs is designed to give all the information, tools and support needed to help our partners grow sales and profits. By partnering with Epson, VARs can provide customers with high-quality solutions and benefit from the many options offered by Epson.

VARs may qualify for the Envision VAR Program under one of these four levels:

  • Premier
  • Plus
  • Partner
  • Member

If you are approved for membership in one of these VAR tiers, you must maintain a minimum level of annual business to retain your tier status.  VARs that demonstrate continued commitment and sales growth with Epson may qualify for an upgrade in tier status.

Premier, Plus, and Partner level VARs must meet the following requirements:

  • Commitment to Epson Products
  • Clearly defined application solutions and/or services in core competency
  • Established market leadership
  • Established strategic market focus
  • Annual volume and growth commitments
  • Established sales organization with a help desk and technical support group

Epson is committed to supporting VARs that may not qualify for the higher levels of Epson partnership through the Member VAR level.

To participate in the Envision Member VAR level, resellers must meet the minimum criteria:

  • Proven ability to sell POS systems and printers
  • Minimum three years in business selling into retail and hospitality
  • Sufficient staffing to achieve meaningful level of POS product sales and provide post-sales support
  • Sell minimum of 50 Epson POS printers in a 12 month period
  • Value Added Reseller with a business model focused on selling directly to end users.
