Fast Turn Depot®
Epson's industry-leading whole unit repair and return process is designed for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty Epson POS products. All components are tested upon receipt and any necessary service and repair is performed by Epson's depot repair group. To ensure the least disruption of service, products are typically returned in just 2-3 days.
ExtendedCareSM
This program offers economically-priced extended warranties, providing products with multi-year limited warranty coverage. Covered repairs are performed free of charge, including parts and labor. Coverage is available for all current Epson POS products.
