Mike Helm

Mike Helm is the Director of Marketing, System Device (SD) Group. In this role, Mr. Helm is responsible for the company's American product delivery and marketing operations, including product planning and forecasting, product strategy, release management and marketing programs.
Mr. Helm supervises a team of managers responsible for Epson's POS technology solutions, including printers, printer mechanisms, terminals and interface products, software systems and technical services, as well as channel and marketing communications programs.
Mr. Helm joined Epson in 1994 as Manager of Strategic Applications and Systems. In his former role, he directed development of the Carson Configuration Center, and was responsible for managing the POS terminal product line. In October 1997, Mr. Helm was promoted to Group Product Manager, SD Products. Before joining Epson, Mr. Helm held various marketing, management, and engineering positions at TEC America, Hughes Aircraft Company, and the US Air Force. Mr. Helm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
